Description

A delightful crab stuffed salmon recipe that combines the succulent taste of crab and tender salmon, perfect for any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto the center of each salmon fillet. Fold the sides over the filling to encase it.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon fillets in the baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating a splash of Worcestershire sauce into your crab mixture. You can also use fresh herbs like dill or chives.
