Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto the center of each salmon fillet. Fold the sides over the filling to encase it.
- Place the stuffed salmon fillets in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
