Description

Delicious salmon fillets stuffed with creamy crab meat and spices, bringing a taste of the ocean to your dining table.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 ounces cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take each salmon fillet and make a cut down the middle to create a pocket. Stuff each pocket with the crab mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

Serve immediately with lemon wedges for the best flavor. This dish can be enjoyed the next day as well.
