Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring rich salmon fillets stuffed with creamy crab meat and shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until homogeneous.
  3. Create a pocket in each salmon fillet using a knife.
  4. Generously stuff each pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish spaced for even cooking.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and tender.

Notes

For a richer flavor, opt for wild-caught salmon. Allow the salmon to rest after baking to retain moisture.
