Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until homogeneous.
- Create a pocket in each salmon fillet using a knife.
- Generously stuff each pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish spaced for even cooking.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and tender.
Notes
For a richer flavor, opt for wild-caught salmon. Allow the salmon to rest after baking to retain moisture.
