Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
