Description

A delightful combination of tender salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy mixture of crab and shrimp, perfect for impressing guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, diced
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use high-quality seafood for the best flavor. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil for the first half of baking to prevent over-browning.
