Description

A gourmet seafood dish featuring salmon fillets stuffed with a rich mixture of crab, shrimp, and cream cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut pockets in the salmon fillets and stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your gourmet meal!

Notes

For best results, use fresh crab and shrimp. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat, and pair with sides like a light salad or roasted vegetables.
