Delicious salmon fillets stuffed with a rich crab and shrimp mix, offering a perfect blend of flavors from the sea.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with a little extra salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice directly onto the salmon before baking. Consider topping with shredded cheese in the last five minutes of baking.
