Description

Delicious salmon fillets stuffed with a rich crab and shrimp mix, offering a perfect blend of flavors from the sea.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each pocket with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with a little extra salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice directly onto the salmon before baking. Consider topping with shredded cheese in the last five minutes of baking.
