Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring succulent salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy mixture of crab and shrimp, perfect for any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet to create space for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut through the bottom of the fillet.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet generously with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the stuffed salmon fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared salmon to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stuffed salmon!

Notes

Choose fresh or frozen seafood for optimal flavor. Adjust seasoning and fillers to achieve desired stuffing consistency.
