Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet to create space for the stuffing. Be careful not to cut through the bottom of the fillet.
- Stuff each salmon fillet generously with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the stuffed salmon fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared salmon to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
