Ingredients
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 6 oz lump crab meat
- 6 oz small cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon the seafood stuffing onto each salmon fillet, pressing it down gently.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffed salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
