Description

A delicious dish featuring tender salmon fillets stuffed with a rich mixture of crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, and spices, inspired by coastal flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets
  • 6 oz lump crab meat
  • 6 oz small cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the seafood stuffing onto each salmon fillet, pressing it down gently.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffed salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh crab meat and shrimp. Consider adding fresh herbs for extra brightness.
