Description

A luxurious dish featuring fresh salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy mix of crab and shrimp, perfect for special occasions or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your gourmet meal!

Notes

Allow the stuffed fillets to rest for a few minutes after baking for juicier bites. Use lump crab for the best flavor and presentation.
