Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
