A delicious seafood dish featuring succulent salmon fillets stuffed with a flavorful mixture of crab meat, shrimp, and cream cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Make a pocket in each salmon fillet and fill with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider pre-cooking the shrimp slightly before chopping. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
