Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Mix together the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider squeezing fresh lemon juice or adding hot sauce to the filling. You may also top with extra breadcrumbs before baking for crunch.
