Description

A refreshing crab seafood salad featuring lump crab meat, crisp vegetables, and a creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving)
  • Crackers (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Combine the lump crab meat, diced celery, diced red bell pepper, and diced red onion in a large mixing bowl.
