Ingredients
- 1 pound imitation crab meat (flaked style or sticks sliced)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the flaked imitation crab meat, finely chopped celery, and red onion.
- Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning and drizzle the lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the mayonnaise and the chopped fresh dill.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly combined, keeping the mixture light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to two days.
- Garnish with additional fresh dill just before serving.
Notes
Chill the salad for an hour before serving to enhance the flavors. Serve in a chilled bowl and consider using leafy greens or avocado halves for presentation.
