Ingredients
- 454g (1 lb) Alaska King Crab Legs, thawed then meat removed and roughly chopped
- 227g (8 oz) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 120ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 5ml (1 tsp) sugar
- 5ml (1 tsp) soy sauce
- 25ml (1/4 tsp) garlic powder
- 25ml (1/4 tsp) ground ginger
- 30 frozen phyllo shells, 2-15 count packages. (NOT gluten free if using traditional phyllo shells)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Gently incorporate the chopped crab meat into the mixture.
- Fill each phyllo shell with about 2 teaspoons of the crab mixture.
- Place the filled shells in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the shells turn golden brown.
