Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat (drained, approximately 454g)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120ml)
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (5g)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (5ml)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (2.5ml)
- 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar (shredded, approximately 60g)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted, approximately 28g)
Instructions
- Start by mixing the mayonnaise, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter in a large bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and shredded sharp white cheddar. Be careful not to break up the crab too much.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top turns a golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
