Description

Crab Imperial is a classic baked crab casserole featuring jumbo lump crab meat, creamy mayo, and flavorful seasonings, capturing the essence of seafood cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, egg, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, and salt-free lemon pepper seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the crab meat gently, being careful not to break the lumps too much.
  4. Transfer the crab mixture to a casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly on top.
  6. Broil for an additional minute to achieve a crispy finish on the top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
