Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crab meat, chopped or shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped (both white and green parts)
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
- Add the chopped imitation crab, green onions, and Swiss cheese. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, with a golden top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For the best results, use high-quality imitation crab meat and ensure the cream cheese is thoroughly softened to avoid lumps.
