Description

A rich and creamy crab casserole featuring tender crab meat, pasta, and a crunchy breadcrumb topping, perfect for family gatherings or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the crab meat, cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Melt the butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs, then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Try adding fresh herbs like parsley or dill for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
