- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon (8 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound (454 g) crab meat picked over for shells
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Carefully incorporate the crab meat into the mixture until it is fully blended.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in front of you, positioned like a diamond. Place roughly 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the bottom half of the wrapper.
