Description

A vibrant crab boil featuring fresh seafood, tender potatoes, and sweet corn, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 large crabs
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning and salt; bring to a boil.
  2. Add quartered potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Next, add corn and sausage; cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add crab and shrimp; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the shrimp turn bright pink.
  5. Drain and serve on a large platter; garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
