Ingredients
- 2 large crabs
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 lb sausage
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add Old Bay seasoning and salt; bring to a boil.
- Add quartered potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Next, add corn and sausage; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add crab and shrimp; cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the shrimp turn bright pink.
- Drain and serve on a large platter; garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
