- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams) cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) water
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and celery to the pot.
- Sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
