  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (2.5 grams) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) (1.25 grams) cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 milliliters) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams) finely chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and celery to the pot.
