  • 1 cup (240 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (90 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (3 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) Italian seasoning (1 gram)
  • 8 ounces (227 g) cooked crab meat (225 grams)
  • 8 ounces (227 g) cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (225 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)


Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat.
  2. Add the fettuccine pasta to the boiling water.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.
