- Everything bagel seasoning, 2 tablespoon s (16 g)
- Egg, 1
- Water, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the everything bagels in half horizontally.
- Scoop out some of the bread from the center of each bagel half to create a cavity.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked crab meat, and chopped fresh chives.
- Mash the ripe avocados in a separate bowl with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the avocado mixture into the cream cheese and crab mixture until well combined.
- Spoon the crab and avocado filling into each bagel cavity, slightly mounding the filling.
- Press the two halves of each bagel together to enclose the filling.
- Whisk the egg with water in a small bowl to make an egg wash.
- Brush the tops of the stuffed bagels with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the tops evenly.
- Place the stuffed bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
- Allow the bagel bombs to cool slightly before serving.
