Description

A comforting bowl combining juicy chicken, creamy cottage cheese, and vibrant marinara sauce, topped with herbs and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and spread the cottage cheese over the top evenly.
  4. Pour the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese layer, ensuring the chicken is well-covered.
