Description

A flavorful and simple baked salmon recipe inspired by Texas Roadhouse, featuring a savory marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Seasoned rice
  • 2 cups Steamed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with seasoned rice and steamed vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill before serving. Experiment with adding honey to the marinade for a hint of sweetness.
