Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
