Description

  • Fresh fish fillets
  • Coconut milk
  • Lime juice
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rice (for serving)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Mix the coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the fish fillets in the coconut-lime sauce for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  4. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.
