Instructions
- Mix the coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the fish fillets in the coconut-lime sauce for 15-30 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.
