Description

A vibrant and refreshing classic shrimp salad featuring succulent shrimp and crisp vegetables, perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled shrimp, celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl, stirring until well combined.
  4. Serve over lettuce leaves or in a sandwich.
