Description

Delightful and easy shrimp foil packets with colorful vegetables steamed to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place shrimp and vegetables in the center of each.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold the foil to create packets, sealing them tightly.
  5. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Carefully open the packets, being cautious of steam.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
