Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and cleaned
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 1-2 lemons
- 1 roma tomato, diced
- 1/2 English cucumber, diced
- 1/4 onion, small diced
- 1 oz cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with lime and lemon juice and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Add the diced roma tomato, cucumber, onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Serve chilled.
