Description

A refreshing salad featuring succulent shrimp marinated in tangy lime and lemon juice, complemented by vibrant vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, deveined and cleaned
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of 1-2 lemons
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 English cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 onion, small diced
  • 1 oz cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with lime and lemon juice and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the diced roma tomato, cucumber, onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Serve chilled.
