Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (for slaw)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In another bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp, slaw, and avocado slices in each tortilla. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Keep an eye on the cooking time to avoid overcooking the shrimp.
