- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- ½ cup Greek yogurt

- Toss this mixture with the shredded cabbage and Greek yogurt to create a creamy slaw.
- Assemble by spooning some creamy slaw onto a tortilla. Top it with a few shrimp and a slice of avocado.
- Serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
Notes
Let the shrimp marinate for 15-30 minutes for maximum flavor. Consider adding toppings like sliced jalapeños or pickled red onions for an extra kick.
