Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Mix together coconut cream, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
