Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix together coconut cream, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the shrimp until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with the coconut cream sauce drizzled on top.
