Ingredients
- 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk

- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and mix in sweetened condensed milk in another bowl.
- Mix shredded coconut and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the coconut-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
