Description

A sumptuous casserole featuring lobster and crab, combining seafood in a creamy mayonnaise base topped with mozzarella for a delightful crunch.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 12 ounces imitation lobster meat
  • 6 ounces shrimp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the imitation crab, imitation lobster, shrimp, and mayonnaise. Stir well.
  3. Fold in the sliced green onions for added flavor.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and spread evenly.
