Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish that brings the taste of the coast to your table with perfectly grilled shrimp marinated in lime and chili.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp and toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn opaque and have grill marks.
  7. Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

For optimal results, ensure the grill is adequately preheated and avoid overcrowding the grill to maintain high heat.
