Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) crab meat
  • 8 oz (225 g) rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until soft, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the crab meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add chili crisp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar to the pan, mixing well.
  6. Toss in the softened rice noodles, stirring to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  7. Add sliced green onions and continue to stir until everything is well combined.
  8. Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
  9. Transfer noodles to serving plates and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  10. Serve immediately while hot.
