Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) crab meat
- 8 oz (225 g) rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chili oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until soft, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the crab meat and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add chili crisp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar to the pan, mixing well.
- Toss in the softened rice noodles, stirring to coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Add sliced green onions and continue to stir until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Transfer noodles to serving plates and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately while hot.
