Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring fresh salmon with a crispy Parmesan breadcrumb crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the cheese and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet to create a crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the salmon for the last two minutes of baking. You can also add fresh herbs for additional flavor.
