Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided into two portions)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese to create a creamy filling.
- Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the mixture, and gently fold everything together until well-coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole bubbles and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
