Description

A delicious and creamy shrimp casserole with Old Bay seasoning that brings together rich flavors perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided into two portions)
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and Old Bay seasoning.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese to create a creamy filling.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the mixture, and gently fold everything together until well-coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole bubbles and the cheese is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
