Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (1 stick) unsalted butter (113 grams)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (3 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) red pepper flakes (optional , 1 gram)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cooked lobster meat, chopped (about 200 grams)
  • 2 cup (480 ml) s shredded moz zarella cheese (200 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the garlic butter cool slightly.
  7. Brush the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  8. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
  9. Spread the lobster and cheese mixture evenly over the bread halves.
  10. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  13. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
