Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (1 stick) unsalted butter (113 grams)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (3 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) red pepper flakes (optional , 1 gram)
- 1 cup (240 ml) cooked lobster meat, chopped (about 200 grams)
- 2 cup (480 ml) s shredded moz zarella cheese (200 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams)
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (15 milliliters)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the garlic butter cool slightly.
- Brush the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
- Spread the lobster and cheese mixture evenly over the bread halves.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
