- Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
- Egg, 1 large
- Butter, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams)
- Flour, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (15 grams)
- Milk, 2 cup (480 ml) s (480 milliliters)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
- Add green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then stir in the egg.
- Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spread a layer of the crab mixture evenly over it.
- Roll the noodle up, and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
- Repeat with the remaining noodles and crab mixture.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour, cooking until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the lasagna roll-ups in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes before serving.
