  • Parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 cup (120 ml) (50 grams)
  • Green onions, chopped, 4
  • Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Onion powder, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
  • Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters)
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
  • Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (3 grams)
  • Egg, 1 large
  • Butter, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (30 grams)
  • Flour, 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s (15 grams)
  • Milk, 2 cup (480 ml) s (480 milliliters)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Add green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  5. Mix the ingredients until well combined, then stir in the egg.
  6. Lay a lasagna noodle flat and spread a layer of the crab mixture evenly over it.
  7. Roll the noodle up, and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  8. Repeat with the remaining noodles and crab mixture.
  9. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  10. Stir in flour, cooking until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  11. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  12. Pour the sauce evenly over the lasagna roll-ups in the baking dish.
  13. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  14. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  15. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  16. Let the roll-ups cool for a few minutes before serving.
