Ingredients
- 1 lb (454 g) Ground Beef, cooked
- 1 jar (24 oz (680 g)) Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) Shredded Moz zarella Cheese divided
- 1 cup (240 ml) Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Chopped Parsley
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Finely Diced Onion
- 7 Manicotti Shells cooked al dente
Instructions
- Mix the prepared ground beef with your chosen spaghetti sauce. Spread half of this mixture over the base of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan, parsley, beaten eggs, and finely chopped onion.
- Carefully fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture, then arrange them over the sauce in the baking dish.
- Cover the filled manicotti shells with the rest of the meat sauce, then sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 35-45 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
