Description

Delicious Cheddar Bay Crab Cakes featuring tender crab meat and rich cheddar cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions
