Description

A comforting seafood pot pie topped with Cheddar Bay biscuits, blending shrimp, crab, and mixed vegetables in a creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked seafood (shrimp, crab)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken or seafood broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the flour and stir to create a roux.
  3. Whisk in the heavy cream and broth gradually until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in the seafood, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the seafood filling into a baking dish.
  6. Prepare the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix according to package instructions and drop the mixture over the seafood filling.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
