Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Drain the canned salmon and place it in a bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.

Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to help the patties hold together better during cooking.
