Description

Delightful canned salmon patties that combine convenience and flavor, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, chopped onion, parsley, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
