Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
- 1 can (14.75 oz) canned salmon, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the drained canned salmon and heat through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
