Description

A hearty and flavorful dish featuring Cajun shrimp and steak in a creamy Alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and steak, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until shrimp are pink and steak is browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Ensure shrimp are not overcooked. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water if necessary.
