Description

A delightful seafood medley combining succulent shrimp and rich salmon, enhanced with Cajun seasoning and a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the salmon skin-side down for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the cooked shrimp and salmon back to the pan, coating them with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

Pat the shrimp dry before seasoning for better sear. Use freshly grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
