Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp and salmon in Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until slightly thickened.
  7. Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet, cooking until heated through; season with salt and pepper.
