Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp and salmon in Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Return shrimp and salmon to the skillet, cooking until heated through; season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
