Description

A flavorful celebration of seafood featuring shrimp, crab, and lobster in a spicy Cajun broth.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb deveined shrimp
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb king crab legs
  • 1 lobster tail
  • 1 lb crawfish
  • 2 ears corn, halved
  • 1 lb small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • Water, to fill the pot


Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp, crab legs, lobster tail, and crawfish under cold water.
  2. Cut the corn into halves and wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rapid boil.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, and the quartered lemon to the boiling water.
  5. Add the small potatoes and corn, cooking for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  6. Introduce the shrimp, snow crab legs, king crab legs, lobster tail, and crawfish, boiling for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Drain and serve on a large platter with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in airtight containers and consume within 2-3 days.
