A flavorful celebration of seafood featuring shrimp, crab, and lobster in a spicy Cajun broth.
Ingredients
- 1 lb deveined shrimp
- 1 lb snow crab legs
- 1 lb king crab legs
- 1 lobster tail
- 1 lb crawfish
- 2 ears corn, halved
- 1 lb small potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1 lemon, quartered
- Water, to fill the pot
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp, crab legs, lobster tail, and crawfish under cold water.
- Cut the corn into halves and wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rapid boil.
- Add 4 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, and the quartered lemon to the boiling water.
- Add the small potatoes and corn, cooking for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Introduce the shrimp, snow crab legs, king crab legs, lobster tail, and crawfish, boiling for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Drain and serve on a large platter with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a spicier kick, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in airtight containers and consume within 2-3 days.
